Juniors Program

For young designers in grades 2 to 5 (minimum age 7) 

(6th grade and up? Apply for the main Trash the Runway show instead!)

Juniors open the Trash the Runway show, walking at the very beginning before our middle and high school designers take the runway. Students will sew and embellish a provided garment blank (following our materials guidelines) and register for two workshop sessions to prepare. More information will be sent upon registration.

Prerequisite: Your student must have completed at least one sewing session or camp at the Creative Lab in Boulder to participate.

Choice of 3 times/dates:

• Saturday, Feb 21/27 10am-12noon

• Saturday, Feb 21/27 1-3pm

• Sunday, Feb 22/28 10am-12noon

Location: Creative Lab at Common Threads, 2707 Spruce Street, Boulder, CO 80302. Space is limited.

Show Date: March 9, 2027

Fee includes: Two assigned seats within the Juniors seat black (one for your student, one for an accompanying adult). Additional tickets outside the block will be available once general admission tickets go on sale.
